THA's Insurance Requirements

The Tacoma Housing Authority is insured through the Housing Authorities Risk Retention Pool (HARRP) and the Affordable Housing Risk Pool (AHRP). Both of these pools are created specifically to meet the insurance needs of housing authorities in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada and Colorado. HARRP provides THA with insurance requirements for the variety of contract types the agency may enter into. Below are the most current insurance requirements from HARRP.
