Tacoma Housing Authority Community Investments
THA is investing in the community to ensure there is affordable housing for a range of incomes. THA seeks to build, and purchase properties that serve a range of needs and that are financially sustainable, environmentally innovative, and attractive.
We seek to encourage others to invest in neighborhoods that need investment. In the future, as the Tacoma real estate market continues to accelerate, the only affordable housing may be whatever THA builds or purchases.
