HQS-4: HQS Initial Inspection Requirement: Alternative Inspection Option  Allows PHA the occupancy of a unit prior to an initial inspection if the unit has passed an alternative inspection in the past 24 months.                                                                                         Where alternative options was used, PHAs must inspect the unit as soon as reasonably possible but no later than the 1-year anniversary date of the owner's certification. 4/10/2020 12/31/2020 6/30/2021
